Oversee all tasting room operations as the “team captain,” ensuring a superior level of customer service while filling in wherever needed to avoid disruptions
Oversee all kitchen operations, including but not limited to purchasing food and stock as well as training staff on proper preparation and safety techniques
Greet and serve customers, educating them as needed on available products, stock the bar and maintain its cleanliness
Prep ingredients and assemble dishes according to predetermined recipes and specifications
Assist beertenders in shuttling orders from kitchen to table and clearing areas as needed
