Manage all event related activities including selling and servicing existing clients, fielding inquiries, creating proposals and building venue and vendor sales relations. The Event Sales Representative will also be in charge of coordinating the event highlights and happenings on the social channels for our restaurant, tasting rooms and rooftop venues.

Oversee all tasting room operations as the “team captain,” ensuring a superior level of customer service while filling in wherever needed to avoid disruptions

Greet and serve customers, educating them as needed on available products, stock the bar and maintain its cleanliness

Oversee all kitchen operations, including but not limited to purchasing food and stock as well as training staff on proper preparation and safety techniques

Assist beertenders in shuttling orders from kitchen to table and clearing areas as needed

Prep ingredients and assemble dishes according to predetermined recipes and specifications
